How can we help you with technology today?





The IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for most technology and IT related services on campus. Below you find the many ways you can get assistance with your technology needs, as well as ways to contact our IT Staff.

- Chat with a Help Desk technician by clicking the chat button
- Visit one of our IT Walk-in Help Desk locations
- Students can visit ACE Student Computing Support Center
- E-mail the Help Desk
Self Help

Search ask.ecu.edu to find answers to common technology questions. Don't find your answer? Submit a request from within the system.

Search the ITCS website for information about our systems and services.

SDS Requests (Faculty/Staff)

If you are a faculty or staff member and believe that your request requires modification to an existing application or new software development, submit an SDS request by clicking the button to the left to go to the ECU Onestop where you can select "ITCS SDS Request."

This request is for ECU systems such as Banner, Onestop, ecuBIC or similar administrative systems.
Project Requests (Faculty/Staff)

Need an IT Security Review? Help with the purchase of IT equipment? Not sure what type of request you need? Submit a special IT project request by clicking the button to the left.
