ITCS requires anyone using ITUNES, Mediasite, the ECU website and other resources used to distribute digital content to agree to general terms and conditions governing the use of these tools. Please agree to this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) prior to upload.
I agree to:
- follow the Media Consent and Release guidelines;
- follow sensitive data restrictions and refrain from placing sensitive data in the ITUNES environment in any format. Sensitive data includes HIPAA, FERPA, SSN, and other information defined at the IT Security Compliance & Regulations website; and;
- follow federal and state copyright, trademark, and patent laws and, ECU copyright guidelines.
