Dear Colleagues,

The instructor for this series of sessions is Dr. Bill Grobe (pronounced “grobi”); his resume is attached along with the topics of discussion. He will not use a book and he promises lively dialogue. Please contact Margaret Streeter or Marlene Anderson if you have questions.

I encourage you to take advantage of this training opportunity; everyone has leadership potential at some level; learning to recognize and utilize it are important to your future as well as that of ITCS.

Overview:  Welcome to the ITCS Leadership Program.  The Program is designed as a learning opportunity that will allow you to assess individual characteristics that contribute to or detract from your effectiveness as leaders; think more deeply and systematically about leadership; and increase your personal capacities as a leader.

 

Sessions:  Six sessions; bimonthly on Wednesdays 2 pm to 4 pm in Cotanche 108.
