Listserv Home

A listserv is an automatic mailing list that automatically forwards messages to every subscriber to that list. ECU Announce is one example of a listserv, although there are many ECU listserv lists available. 

To subscribe to any of ECU's listserv mailing lists, see the commands at http://www.ecu.edu/cs-itcs/listserv/commands.cfm.

To request a new listserv mailing list for your ECU group, go to http://help.ecu.edu and choose Submit Online Request.  Log in to the service request system and choose the ListServ Application Request form on the left under Account Access section.

To receive a listing of the mailing lists on ECU's listserv, send an e-mail to LISTSERV@LISTSERV.ECU.EDU. In the body of the message, type LISTS. Do not include a subject or signature in the message.
