Download the Agent:

Step 1: click on this link and download the CCA Agent:      CCA Agent

Step 2: On download, this window may open. Click the "OK" button.

Step 3: Find this file. It will download wherever your web browser is set to download files. For some, its the desktop. For others, the Downloads folder.

Double-click on the zip file to open it.

Step 4: A package installer called "CCAAgent" will be revealed. Double-click and install it.

General information

CCA is set by default to automatically turn on when you startup your Mac. 

It is located in the top menu bar:

When CCA detects that you need to connect to a wireless connection, it will prompt you to put in your pirateid/password.

Use this format in the login field "intra\pirateid"
