Account Settings
Below are screen shots of the settings you should have in Entourage Web Services. Go to Tools menu > Accounts and double-click on your Exchange account in the list of that window.
The new built-in AutoDiscover service in EWS does NOT select the correct server name due to security that is in place. You will have to manually change it to firstmate.ecu.edu. See the screen image below for more details.
