Entourage 2008 - Customizing the Toolbar


 
Custom toolbars were not available in Entourage 2004. Now, in 2008, you can customize the window toolbar with the buttons you most commonly use.
Open Entourage 2008.
Entourage window open
Go to View>Customize Toolbar....
Note: You can also right click on the main area of the toolbar.


A sheet with the available buttons will appear.
Go to the View menu and select Customize Tool Bar
 To Do 
Add a button
 Drag it from the sheet to the toolbar
Remove a button
 Drag it away from the toolbar
Rearrange buttons
 Drag them to the different positions
