If you have a Palm, you'll have to use a third party application like The Missing Sync. ITCS doesn't support this product at this time.

For those using Windows and Outlook on a Mac, please note there are some small differences between the Outlook and Entourage.
Contacts Entourage can store up to 13 different email addresses for a single contact. Outlook can only 3 different addresses. Result: Outlook will sync the default address, email 2 and email 3 but discard the rest. If you have more than 3 email addresses for someone in Entourage, you may lose them when opening Outlook.
Mailing Addresses in Contacts
Outlook can have an "other" mailing address but Entourage doesn't have a matching field for this. Result: When synchronized, Entourage displays "other" as the "work" address. If you edit Entourage's "work" field and re-sync, the address label in Outlook changes to "business".
Children's names
Entourage can store up to 10 names for each contact. Outlook can store more. Result: Do not edit the contact in Entourage or all but the first 10 names will be deleted when Entourage syncs.
Calendar Travel time specified in Entourage isn't displayed in Outlook. So 15 min travel time for a 1 hr appointment shows only 1 hr, not the 15 additional min.
