There is not set solution for archiving emails in Entourage

  • You can drag a folder from within Entourage to the desktop and create a .mbox file. However, that file will NOT include subfolders so you may need to move folders around.
  • You can use the 7-yr folder under your inbox.
  • You can export the entire database.
  • You can burn a copy of the folder located in your Documents folder: <homefolder>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2008 Identities. If you have multiple Identities or lots of email, this option may be too large to burn to disk.
