- Click the "OK" button when done.
- Entourage will take a few minutes to synchronize your mail. You should see the following folders:

- Inbox
- Drafts
- Sent Items
- Deleted Items
- Junk E-mail
- Public Folders
If you do not, please call the HelpDesk at 328-9866.
Note: Entourage can be slow on populating the calendar or the Inbox. The time varies depending on the account, how much is filed in that account and the speed of the internet connection. Please allow time for it to synchronize before emptying the cache or restarting the computer. The recommendation is to set it up and let it synchronize fully the first hour or two before troubleshooting.
