Sharing your Inbox to a specific Exchange user

Note: When you share your Inbox, the user at the other end will be able to see the contents of your Inbox and ANY folders you have created underneath it. If you do not wish this, you must move those mailboxes out from underneath the Inbox to the same level as the Inbox.

Step 1: Open Entourage.

Step 2: Click the Mail icon Mail icon.

Step 3: Click on the Exchange Inbox once. (Note: Not the folder under Folders On My Computer)

Select Inbox

Step 4: Go to the Edit menu and select Folder Properties.

Folder Properties

Step 5: Click on the Permissions tab.

 Permissions Tab

Step 6: Click on the Add User button underneath the user list.

Step 7: Enter the last name of the person you want to access your calendar. Click on the Find button.

Step 8: Select the person's name in the resulting list and click the OK button.

Search for User

Step 9: Click once on the name you need. Click on the Permission Level pop-up menu and select the access level (details) you want for them. Click the OK button.
