Dot Mac Settings
This is a suite of Internet essentials designed by Apple for the Mac user. You have to be a .mac member to use it and there is a fee.
Recommended settings: Leave to default.

Network Settings
Lets you set up network settings.
Recommended settings: Add "intra.ecu.edu" to the search domain. Configure as "Using DHCP". This would be for both Airport and Ethernet settings.

Quicktime Settings
Plays Quicktime movies from the internet
Recommended settings: Leave to default.

Sharing Settings
Allows you to share files, folders and other services with other computers on the network.
Recommended settings: All services should be turned off.
