Mac OS X - Set Default Email Application

To set the default email application on your Macintosh:

Step 1:  Open Apple Mail.

Step 2:  Go to Apple Mail > Preferences menu

Step 3:  Click on the General tab.

Step 4:  Change the "default mail reader" to Entourage or your choice.
