Can't open .docx, .xclx or .pptx files:

Solution 1:  Upgrade to Office 2008

Solution 2: Have the creator of the file resave them in an older format:

• Choose Save As
• Save the file as a “Word/Excel/PowerPoint 97-2003 Document” (.doc, .xls, .ppt) format
