Creating Groups in 2011


STEP 1:

At the bottom of the navigation pane, click on Contacts.

STEP 2:

On the Home tab, click Contact Group.

Note: If Contact group is not available, make sure your preferences have On My Computer folders turned on. Go to Outlook menu > Preferences > General and uncheck Hide On My Computer folders.


STEP 3:

Name your group.

STEP 4:

Double-click in the Name field and start typing the name of your contact. If they are not in your Contact list or in ECU's address book, just type in the name and email address manually.

STEP 5:

Click Save & Close.
