Outlook Preinstallation Steps
Steps to take before Outlook Setup
Before moving over to Outlook please move all folders stored under On My Computer in Entourage into the Inbox. This is done to insure those folders can be imported properly.
STEP 1:
Open Entourage. Look to see if you have any folders under On My Computer
STEP 2:
Make sure you folders show up in the Inbox as shown in the image below
STEP 3:
Quit Entourage before beginning Outlook setup
