Block pop-up windows   

Go to Safari menu and choose "Block Pop-Up Windows." This same menu is a toggle switch. If there IS a check mark beside it, it means the blocker is ON. If there is NO check mark, the blocker is OFF. You turn it off/on by selecting it.
