VPN Access

How to access VPN:

STEP 2: Enter your PirateID and password and click on the Login button.

STEP 3: Click on the Continue button.

STEP 4: Wait for the applet to launch and install.

STEP 5: Check to see if you are connected by going to the top of the screen and clicking on the Cisco Anyconnect icon.

NOTE: If the applet does not install, double check your JAVA settings. Go to Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities and launch JAVA Preferences. Set your settings to the following, making sure to drag the 32-bit JAVA to the top of the list. 

NOTE 2: Apple's last update for JAVA for Lion and Mountain Lion prevents INB and VPN users from launching their pages. At the login screens, you will see either "Missing Plugin" or a failure to launch an Applet. To fix this, you will need to be an administrator of the mac and use the application Terminal located in Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities folder.

To fix, close all your web browsers and type in the following commands in Terminal:

Open the web browser and proceed to login.
