STEP 1:
On the iPad, tap the Settings icon and go to Mail, Contacts and Calendars. Click on your MobileMe account.
Step 2:
Toggle the Find My iPad switch to ON.
STEP 3:
Tap the Allow button. Then the Done button.
STEP 4:
In your web browser, log into MobileMe and click on the cloud in the top left corner.
STEP 5:
Click on Find My iPhone.
STEP 6:
MobileMe might ask you for your password to confirm you are the owner. Then it will immediately begin locating your iPad. You will be given an option to lock it, Wipe it or send a message.
