How to add presentations to Keynote
STEP 1:
Connect your iPad to your computer. In iTunes, select your iPad in the Devices list.
Step 2:
Select the Apps tab from your iPad Settings window.
STEP 3:
Scroll down to the File Sharing section and select Keynote. To the right you will see all of the presentations that Keynote for the iPad has currently saved.
STEP 4:
To upload any presentations, click on the Add... button below the Keynote Documents list.
STEP 5:
Navigate to the presentation you want to copy to your iPad for editing or viewing. Note: You can also edit PPT presentations.
STEP 6:
Your presentation will now show up in the Keynote Documents section.
