To upgrade your ECU-Owned Macintosh:

Step 1: Verify that all your applications are up to date and compatible with the operating system you want to upgrade to. Go to the manufacturer's website or call them.

Step 2: Enter a Mac OS Request Form in Tech Excel (details here). Or, call the Help Desk at 328-9866 for assistance.

Step 3: Back up all your data. Its your responsibility.

Step 4: Be prepared to reinstall any of your applications. Gather up their install disks and licenses. 

Step 5: Wait for the technician to contact you.
