What is OpScan?
All placement tests, bypass tests, regular tests, Student Surveys and other NSC bubble sheets can now be processed in the Austin building room 103 and on West Campus.

Fill out a request form and place it in an envelope
Drop it in the mailbox
Sheets will be picked up daily at 8:45am for processing.

Test Dropoff & Pickup
Tests may be dropped off by anyone of your choice. The official turn around time is 24 hours.

If your graduate student will be picking up your test, we are required to have an official memo from you every semester listing the graduate student's name. Everyone is required to show a picture ID when picking up forms.

Opscan Forms
We require OpScan permission forms for anyone allowed to pick-up for you.
A new permission memo must be completed for each semester. All permission forms that were submitted last semester were valid for that semester only and have been discarded appropriately.
