We know that IT professionals live in the fast lane of ever-changing technologies. We also know that knowledgeable staff are the bedrock of any department.
So, whether it's learning to manage a project team or just learning a new software program, the ITCS Learning Library and the Leadership Academy offer staff the opportunity to update skills, learn a new application or begin a new specialty.
Located in Cotanche Building, Room 127, materials are available to all full-time ITCS staff.
Six sessions led by Dr. Bill Grobe assess effective leadership through directed readings and group discussion.
