Microsoft E-Learning Portal (faculty, staff, students)
Sign up for in-depth, self-paced online training modules for Microsoft Office suite, Windows 7 and more. Request an access code through the self-service ECU Download Center (choose the "Software Request Forms" link from the toolbar).

Microsoft Imagine Academy (faculty, staff)
Technical training modules for class groups and individuals seeking IT certification. Contact Jennifer Raby for more information.

Qualtrics Surveys (faculty, staff, students)
Submit an online IT Service Request or call the IT Help Desk for face-to-face training (1 to 3 users). Topics include terms of use, creation, distribution, viewing, exporting, and special topics such as informed consent and collaboration.
