Faculty, staff and student information in the ECU online directory and Outlook address book is updated in the Banner Self Service system. Updates usually take 24-48 hours to appear. It is the responsibility of individual departments to update the departmental listings for the online directory.
Log in to Pirate Port - http://pirateport.ecu.edu.
Click Tools at the top of the screen. The Tools page opens. Choose Banner Self Service from the Applications section.
Read the Something Important to Know box, then choose the Click to Continue button.From the Main Menu screen, click the Personal Information link. The Personal Information dialog box opens.Choose the Update Addresses and Phones link.Choose the corresponding link next to the information you wish to update. The Update Addresses and Phones dialog box opens.Complete changes in the text boxes and choose Submit.
