Residence Hall Telephone Services

The Residence Hall rooms are equipped for service directly from the Main Campus telephone switching system.

• Your room has a permanent assigned phone number and telephone jack that is already active.
• You must supply your telephone(s) and phone cables.
  (NOTE: BTI and most other long-distance calling cards require a touch-tone telephone.)
• For hearing impaired students, ECU provides flasher equipment on request. For more information, please call 328-4663.

  East Carolina University has selected BTI's Academic Edge to be the official on-campus long distance program. With this program, you will receive individualized billing so you're only responsible for the calls you make. You can also easily view and pay your bill online.
