What is an Eportfolio? College of Education Students
1. Students of departments belonging to the College of Education may use the COE portfolio server to post academic documents such as portfolios, webquests, resumes, projects & assignments, etc. 2. The student's directory (the folder in which their webpage files will be stored on the server) is the same as their User ID (typically initials and birthday.) URL example: http://portfolio.coe.ecu.edu/students/abc0123 3. Some departments which are heavily dependant upon technology or housed entirely online, such as the Library Science & Instructional Technology Department, have their own Help Desks with individuals trained to answer questions specific to that department?s use of the portfolio server. 4. If you are supposed to have access to the portfolio server but do not, please email the Portfolio Server Administrator. 5. Portfolio questions should be directed to the student's departmental Help Desk (if available) or to the College of Education technology Help Desk at 328-1631.

Webpages outside of commonspot may use and coldfusion script to submit a form via e-mail. Instructions for using this script can be found on the "Webform to Email Utility" page.
Can I get training on Web page creation?
Yes, ITCS provides training on web page creation. To view what training classes are available and register, logon to OneStop, go to Tools, and select Faculty and Staff Training.
