Wireless Computing for Faculty and Staff

If your department purchased your laptop or tablet Windows computer, and you log in to the INTRA Domain, ECU automatically configures the laptop so that Buccaneer is the default wireless network, and the Cisco Clean Access Agent (CCA) software is configured on the machine.

If you purchased the laptop you use to log on to the ECU wireless network, you can continue to log on to the existing Taho wireless network or manually configure the new Buccaneer network as the default wireless network on your computer.

If you need to download Windows XP Service Pack 3, http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/

You must be using the Internet Explorer browser to download updates from the Microsoft download site.

Mobile device users on both the Main campus and the Health Sciences campus will log in to the existing Taho wireless network using an Internet browser.
