Impact of budget cuts to Joyner Library Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery services
Joyner Library's budget was cut by nearly 18% for this year. As a result, spending in all areas of the library has been reduced. Thankfully, due to supplemental funding from the ECU administration, Joyner Library is again able to fulfill ILL requests for all students, staff, and faculty for free! Previously, patrons were required to pay for requests that the ILL department could not obtain for free.
