Joyner ILLiad and RefWorks

RefWorks, the citation management program provided to ECU students, faculty, and staff by Joyner Library, can export citations directly into ILLiad. Rather than having to copy & paste your citations from RefWorks into ILLiad, you can simply click on the FindIt! button to export citation details directly into ILLiad's request forms.

STEP 1: Locate your citation in RefWorks & click the Find It! button.

STEP 2: Check library's holdings, including online () and in-library (catalog). If the library does not have what you need available, select Joyner Interlibrary Loan.



STEP 3: Login to ILLiad.

STEP 4: Submit request via ILLiad. Notice the fields are already completed. Simply look through the request form to ensure everything transferred correctly, then click 'Submit.'
