Attendance: Janis Holder, Frank Holt, Hal Keiner, Suellyn Lathrop, Madeleine Perez, and Barbara Tookey present.
The meeting was convened at 9:00. The group began working with the Personnel records draft.
The group moved on to the financial records section. We ended up having more questions than we issues resolved. We got through the Accounts Payable, Cashier, Budget and Controller’s sections.
It was decided to add to the remaining sections: Facilities Services, Materials Management, Payroll, Internal Auditor and Student Fund Accounting and send these sections around again for more discussion via email. We will also compile information regarding Library, Police/Security, Information Technology and Foundations for the next meeting.
The next meeting was set for August 26th in Greensboro.
