Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services (ILLiad)
 
Service Requests

To request an interlibrary loan or document delivery, login to ILLiad below.

ECU Students, Faculty, & Staff: Log-in with your PirateID and PirateID Passphrase, as you do to your ECU email account and OneStop.

Other Affiliated Patrons: Log-in with your full email address (e.g. yourname@service.com) and your custom password.

Service Descriptions

Interlibrary Loan
Request articles, books, media, and more from other libraries when ECU libraries do not have what you need.

Document Delivery
Request copies of articles from Joyner's & Music's collections to be delivered to your e-mail account. Distance education and educator card schools can have materials shipped to you.

Place Hold (previously Pull&Hold)
You can now use the catalog's Place Hold feature to have items from Joyner Library and the Music Library pulled and held for you at the service desk of your choice. You no longer need to login to ILLiad for this service.

Lending to Other Libraries
Outside libraries may request materials from Joyner Library and the Music Library.
