Copies of articles discovered through a search of the
Daily Reflector Index may be obtained using the form to the right.
Due to heavy demand for this service, we no longer accept requests for more than 10 citations per order. Please do not send requests for more than 10 items, or send a second request while you have a request pending.
We regret that we are unable to fax copies of articles. Copies are produced from microfilm of the Daily Reflector; and the quality of the reproduction is not sufficient for fax.
Inquire about electronic copies if this suits you, and you are able to receive these files through your existing e-mail account. We can, where the quality of the microfilm allows, provide electronic copies of articles using a digital microform reader. Please inquire about this option if you would like electronic copies.
Include in your request for each specific article:
- the name of the paper (DR or ER)
- the date
- the title of the abstract as found in the Index
How Much Do Copies Cost?
We do not charge for this service, and no payment of any kind is required or expected. However, entirely voluntary contributions in any amount at any time may be made to the Wiggins Endowment Fund, established on behalf of the North Carolina Collection by the late Minnie Marguerite Wiggins (1925-1999), North Carolina Librarian from 1968 until 1991. Interest from this endowment furthers our goal of developing a comprehensive collection of library materials pertaining to Eastern North Carolina and its people.
Checks may be made payable to the Wiggins Fund of Joyner Library and mailed to:
