Visitor Parking
There are several parking options available to Joyner Library visitors:
- Metered spaces are located in the small parking lot adjacent to the library and in the lot behind Mendenhall. These meters allow for up to one hour of parking. All meters take quarters only.
- A small lot comprised entirely of metered spaces is located behind the Kinko's copy shop on Tenth Street. It's meters allow for two hours of parking. All meters take quarters only.
- Visitor parking permits are available from the ECU Department of Parking and Transportation Services office, located at 305 E. Tenth Street. The permits allow visitors to park in B1 and B3 zones and cost $4/day or $10/week.
- Weekend visitors may purchase a weekend parking pass for $4 a day prior to 4:30 Friday at the office of Parking and Transportation Services. After-hours, they may be obtained from the ECU Police Department at 609 E. 10th Street.
- Street parking can sometimes be found in neighborhoods surrounding campus.
