Research Insight on the Web
Research Insight on the Web uses an MS Excel add-in that allows users to access financial information for over 18,000 companies and generate reports. Please download the application and the configuration file before using the program.
System Requirements:
- A personal computer with a minimum of
- 300MHz processor 2.5MB of hard disk space, and
- 256 MB RAM
Microsoft® Windows 2000, SP3 and Windows XP, SP1 operating system Microsoft® Internet Explorer installed (does not need to be designated as the default browser) Microsoft® Excel 2000, Excel XP and Excel 2003 - An internet connection with a minimum speed of 128K
Download and Installation Instructions:
1. Click on the link to download the installation program.
2. Log in to the Proxy Server using your PirateID and passphrase.
3. Save the installation program to your hard drive.
4. Close the window that shows the proxy server login page. You will return to this page.
5. Run the installation program.
6. When the installation is complete, download the configuration file. Save this file to your desktop. Double-click on the RI.reg file and click the 'Yes' button to make the necessary changes to the Windows registry.
