All patrons must register through Aeon before they can use the materials in the Special Collections Department. Aeon is a online system that allows patrons to register, request Special Collection material, manage their personal information, and track their requests online. Patrons can access Aeon through the Special Collections web page. Patrons must present valid photo identification (student ID or driver's license) when they come to the Special Collections Department.
Patrons must comply with the Search Room Regulations while conducting research in the search room:
Patrons are only allowed the following items inside the Search Room:
Paper and pencils; research notes; laptop computers; hand-held cameras without the flash; cell phones and other communication devices (if turned off or on vibrate mode).
