Special Collections Cataloging Project Request Form

 

N.B.  This form is not intended to eliminate the need for discussion between Cataloging and the holding department about projects and collections, but rather it is intended as a mechanism to alert Cataloging about new projects and also as a place to record certain key aspects of the processing of those projects.  It is expected that the cataloger will follow-up with the requester to get more information.
