HIRED PRACTICE INTERVIEWS

HIRED (Helping Individuals Reach Employment Destinations) is an ECU Career Center program that gives students an opportunity to develop and practice interview skills during practice interviews conducted by members of the professional community. 

Thousands of ECU students participate in HIRED each year and the overwhelming majority report, "It was an amazing experience; it made me feel much more prepared; it should be a graduation requirement."

If you are not enrolled in a participating class and would like to arrange a HIRED practice interview appointment, please call The Career Center at 252-328-6050 for registration information.

Due to the demand and the limited number of interview slots, it is recommended that you keep your original appointment. If you must reschedule for a legitimate university approved or medical excuse, please alert us no later than 24 hours in advance and provide written documentation.

If you are 15 or more minutes late for your interview, your appointment will be considered a no show.
