Cycle Zone 
 Join our group fitness team for a spectacular spinning experience in the newly outfitted Cycle Zone at the SRC.  Cycling classes are currently in session so be sure to stop by the SRC to check them out.

Policies and Etiquette

  • Participants may pre-register for classes on up to 7 days in-advance.
  • Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to each class start time.
  • During the first 10 minutes of check-in, priority is given to those who pre-register.
  • If space permits walk-ins will be accepted during the last 5 minutes of check-in.
  • Note*: Entry to class will be denied 5 minutes after the class start time.
  • Participants who are unable to attend a class, are recommended to cancel their registration.  
  • Participants must be 12 years or older to participate in classes or utilize fitness areas. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult sponsoring member at all times. 

The Mind and Body Zone 
The Mind and Body Zone, located at the Student Recreation Center, provides specialized mind body classes for the Pirate Community to alleviate stress and promote well-being.  Classes are FREE for current ECU students, all you need is an open mind and a mat.
