The Student Starter Pack

Fitness Assessment + 2 One Hour Training Sessions = $35*
*For Students Only, Must present a valid ECU OneCard

One Hour Package Options:

Work one-on-one with your trainer to reach your health and fitness goals; Sessions last 1 hour.

4 sessions - $80 / $90 / $135

Express Training:

Express Training is personal training in half the time. Express training is designed for the experienced exerciser who wants to get in and get out quickly. Sessions last 30 minutes.

8 sessions - $96 / $105 / $156 
12 sessions - $132 / $144 / $220
16 sessions - $168 / $185 / $280

Partner Training:

You and a partner can work together with a personal trainer to reach your fitness goals. Learn proper exercise technique, how to design and progress your workouts, and how to stay motivated. Please choose a partner with a similar fitness level and similar goals. Sessions last 1 hour.

8 sessions $100 / $110/$165 per person
12 sessions $140 / $150/$225 per person
16 sessions $165 / $185/$280 per person

Custom Small Group Training

Grab 3 - 5 of your closest friends and workout out exclusively with a Personal Trainer with a workout designed especially for your group. Sessions and will last up to 45 minutes.

Sessions - Student / Member /  Non-Member
8 sessions - $40 / $50/  $60 per person

Smart Start:

1 Fitness Assessment + 1 One Hour Personal Training session = a Smart Start to fitness success.
Cost is $45 for members and $60 for Non-Members.
