One Hour Package Options:

Work one-on-one with your trainer to reach your health and fitness goals; Sessions last 1 hour.

Sessions - Member/Non-Member
1 session - $30/$40
2 sessions - $50 /$70
4 sessions - $90 / $135
8 sessions - $175 / $260
12 sessions - $240 /$364
16 sessions - $300/ $450

Express Training:

Express Training is personal training in half the time. Express training is designed for the experienced exerciser who wants to get in and get out quickly. Sessions last 30 minutes. 

Sessions - Member/Non-Member
8 sessions - $88/$130
12 sessions - $120/$185
16 sessions - $150/$225

Partner Training:

You and a partner can work together with a personal trainer to reach your fitness goals. Learn proper exercise technique, how to design and progress your workouts, and how to stay motivated. Please choose a partner with a similar fitness level and similar goals. Sessions last 1 hour. 

Sessions – Member/Non-Member
8 sessions $110/$165 per person
12 sessions $150/$225 per person
16 sessions $185/$280 per person

Smart Start:

1 fitness assessment + 1 personal training session = a smart start to fitness success.

Combine two of our best programs and get the information you need to plan quality workouts. Cost is $45 for members and $60 for Non-Members.
