This Spring 2018 take advantage of our first season of FREE group fitness classes for the entire semester. Participants must be an enrolled ECU student or a member of Campus Recreation & Wellness. Classes are available at BOTH the Student Recreation Center and the Health Sciences Student Center. Check the Class Schedule Tab for the class formats, locations and times.
