Small group training will allow you to workout with a Personal Trainer in a small group of 4—6 people customized to you and your group. Past small group classes include Kettlebell training, TRX, and Functional Cross Training. So grab 3 - 5 of your closest friends and sign up today! Sold in packages of 8 and sessions last up to 45 inutes. Cost is per person and is $40 for Students, $50 for members, and $60 for non-members
Clinics are single session classes designed to provide fitness education combined with practical application. Topics could include anything from proper bench and squatting techniques to core training and outdoor workout ideas. Open lab hours are also offered throughout the semester where you can walk in and have individual fitness components measured.
