Small group training sessions and clinics offer a more intimate and personalized setting then traditional group training.
Small group training will allow you to workout with a Personal Trainer in a small group of 4—10 people. Past small group classes include Kettlebell training, TRX, and Functional Cross Training. You do not need to have an established group to sign up.
Clinics are single session classes designed to provide fitness education combined with practical application. Topics could include anything from proper bench and squatting techniques to core training and outdoor workout ideas. Free body fat testing days are also offered throughout the semester.
