Reschedules

Please fill out the form below to BEGIN the rescheduling process. Submission of this form does not guarantee that the game you request to be moved will be rescheduled. After submitting this form, you will be contacted by the sport manager with the opposing team's captain's information as well as reschedule options. You will then need to both agree on a time and both e-mail confirmation back to the sport manager or both come in to sign the reschedule form. Defaults

An advanced default is a measure whereby the defaulting team accepts a loss and avoids a forfeit fee by notifying the Intramural Sports office prior to the 3:00 pm on the day of the game (12 noon on the previous Friday for Sunday games). Any combination of two forfeits and/or defaults eliminates that team from further participation in that sport for that season. Therefore, it is wise to exercise your right to a default as a last resort.
