Student Recreation Center Weekend Passes
Student Recreation Center,
9:00am-10:00pm, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
Come enjoy a variety of recreational opportunities through Campus Recreation & Wellness including the state-of-the-art Student Recreation Center (SRC) during Family Weekend.  The facility includes basketball/volleyball courts, a fitness area, racquetball courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and running track.  Family Weekend participants may have up to three visitors enter the facility for free.  Additional passes may be purchased at the SRC Customer Services desk for $5 each.  Group Fitness classes, use of the indoor climbing wall, fitness area orientations, facility tours, and Wellness Center activities will also be available to Family Weekend participants free of charge. Freeboot Friday
Uptown Greenville, Evans St

Sights and Sounds of the Arts

Come and experience the sights and sounds of the arts.  East Carolina University has world renowned artists, artists in residence and especially artists, that are our students.  On Friday night in Wright Auditorium, we offer you a chance to witness this extravagant talent.  Come out of the heat of the day, to the soothing sounds of melodic jazz, soulful voices and great vocal talent.   We are here to showcase for you what your student is learning and performing.  This event is free and we encourage families and friends to be a part of this event.

Looking for good clean fun and entertainment? You and your family members are invited to gather and enjoy FREE bowling and billiards or to watch a featured blockbuster movie in Mendenhall Student Center.

Family Weekend Alpine Tower Climb

For the outdoor enthusiasts, please join Campus Recreation & Wellness for a leisurely trip on the Tar River.  View a beautiful forest, riverside developed areas, sandy beaches, and abundant wildlife (turtles, geese, and herons).  It's a nice relaxing way to spend your time at ECU and a complement to other activities.  There is a $12 fee person for these trips and enrollment is limited.

Pregame Pirate Buffet

This popular $12.00 buffet features all your favorites: Southern fried chicken, Eastern North Carolina barbecue pork, roasted herb chicken, cole slaw, potato salad, green beans almondine, pasta salad, corn muffins, brownies, assorted cookies, and more.  University administrators, faculty, and staff, along with ECU Parents Council members, will be hosting various tables.  Please use the attached form to order your buffet tickets. Don’t forget to order your student’s ticket’s”.

Family Weekend Football Game

Parents of ECU students may order two specially priced tickets at $35 each to this game until September 11.  Additional tickets may be ordered at $40 each.  For children 12 and under, tickets are $25. Ticket availability cannot be guaranteed after September 11th.

All Family Weekend tickets will be in reserved seats. A limited number of tickets will be available in the lower level sections.  All other tickets will be for north side upper level sections.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Because all tickets are for reserved seats this year, the free football ticket for your student will be assigned next to your seat(s) and will be mailed to you with your other tickets.  When ordering your tickets you must provide your student’s Banner identification number.

PARENTS OF STUDENT PIRATE CLUB MEMBERS:  If you wish to sit with your student you should NOT order your football game tickets through the Central Ticket Office.  Your student will be allowed to purchase your tickets through the Student Pirate Club at the discounted price of $35 (maximum of 2) each.

Please indicate on your order form if you will require a wheelchair location.  You may purchase two tickets in the handicapped area, (one wheelchair location and one companion seat). Schedule
