There are three different types of social Greek organizations to join at East Carolina University: the Interfraternity Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council and the Panhellenic Council. You can find more information about the organizations here at East Carolina in the Greek Life Guide.
All of ECU’s fraternities and sororities strive for high scholarship and developing academic excellence among their chapter members. One sign of strong academic ability is a solid grade point average. The Greek Community traditionally maintains a higher G.P.A. than the all-University average.
