Convocation - women will check in, learn about what to expect during recruitment, and meet with their recruitment counselors (Pi Chi's)
Check in at Wright Auditorium : 5:00-6:00 pm
Convocation & Pi Chi Meetings : 6:00-7:30 pm
Recruitment Kick-Off Ice Cream Social :7:30-9:00 pm
Friday, September 16, 2011:
Meet & Greet - women will visit all nine NPC chapters
Check in at Wright Auditorium: 3:15 pm
Recruitment Events: 4:00 - 10:30 pm with a break for dinner
Meet with Pi Chi's: 10:30-11:30 pm
Saturday September 17, 2011:
House Tour/Financial Day - women will visit up to seven chapters
Check in at Wright Auditorium 12:15 pm
Recruitment Events: 1:00 - 10:00 pm with a break for dinner
Meet with Pi Chi's: 10:00 - 11:00 pm
Sunday September 18, 2011:
Philanthropy Day - women will visit up to five chapters
Check in at Wright Auditorium: 1:30 pm
Recruitment Events: 2:15 - 7:35 pm with a break for dinner
Meet with Pi Chis: 7:45 - 9:00 pm
Monday August 19, 2011:
Preference Day - women will visit up to three chapters
Check in at Wright Auditorium:5:45 pm
Recruitment Events: 6:30 - 9:50 pm
Membership Agreement Signing: 10:00-11:00 pm
Tuesday August 20, 2011:
Bid Day - women will receive an invitation to membership from up to one chapter
Arrive at Minges Coliseum: 6:00 pm
