 Emily McLamb, M.Ed.

Emily joined the Student Activities and Organizations staff at ECU in July 2008 after spending several years serving as the Associate Director for Marketing and Events for Conference USA. She oversees the operations, programs, activities/events, and five staff members of the Office of Student Activities and Organizations.
As an undergrad at the College of Mount St. Joseph, McLamb captained the tennis team from 1998-2000 where she earned Academic All-HCAC honors as a senior. Off the court, McLamb was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Council and Chi Alpha Sigma National Collegiate Honor Society. A native of Van Wert, Ohio, McLamb completed her Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy from MSJ in 2001 and earned her Master's in Sports Administration from Xavier in May 2003.
Emily enjoys supporting ECU Athletics, spending time at the beach, and spending time with friends and family (especially her dog, Nola)!

wilhelmk@ecu.eduKrista joined our staff in November 2011, having spent several years working in Student Government Association, Office of Student Involvement, and the Center for Student Leadership & Engagement. Krista earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from East Carolina University. She continued her studies to receive her Master's degree in Counselor Education from East Carolina University.
Krista is the advisor for the Student Activities Board Films, Initiatives, and Visual Arts Committees. She also oversees the Co-Curricular Collaborations Initiative within the Department of Student Involvement and Leadership.
Krista enjoys spending time with friends and family, serving in the community, and likes to travel. She wants to go skydiving soon!

Justin joined our staff in January 2012, coming from Mount
St. Mary’s University where he spent time as a student and most recently served
as the Associate Director of Campus Activities. Justin earned a Bachelor of
Science in Economics (2007) and Master’s degree in Business Administration
(2009) from Mount St. Mary’s University.
As the advisor of the Student Activities Board Entertainment
and Special Events committees he truly enjoys guiding students in their
personal and leadership development while organizing quality events and
entertainment. Justin also serves as an assessment resource, assists all the
units in Student Involvement and Leadership in their planning, implementation,
and analysis of their unique assessment processes, and coordinates the accurate
tracking of assessment data each year.
Justin is loving North Carolina and relaxing pool side! In
his spare time he enjoys spinning Top 40 as a DJ and is a voracious reader.

Austin joined our staff in August 2008. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Education degree in Counseling from James Madison University, focusing on College Student Personnel Administration.
Austin oversees the developmental programming and advisement of the 300+ student organizations on our campus. He manages organization recognition and registration, coordinates leadership programs, and oversees advisement and accountability processes for student organizations. Austin also assists organizations in coordinating fundraising and other events.
Outside of work, Austin likes to explore music, people, and the world. | |

Shaunita joined our staff in June 2012. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from East Carolina University. Shaunita will also have her MBA from Fayetteville State University in December 2012.
Shaunita is responsible for all student fee funding associated with the Student Government Association, the Graduate and Professional Student Senate, and the Fine Arts Funding Board.
She enjoys traveling and reading.

Darlene joined our staff in March 2008. Darlene earned a Bachelors of Art degree in Business Administration/Management from Shaw University in May 2010. She is pursuing a Masters degree in Christian Education from Apex School of Theology with a planned completion date of Fall 2012. Her future goals is to reach out to unfortunate children who has special needs in their life. Her motto is, "True success is overcoming the fear of being unsuccessful."
Darlene is responsible for managing the financial components of our office, including our ledgers, processing payroll, coordinating interdepartmental transfers and direct payments, etc. She is the first face visitors see in our office and represents the front line of our customer service efforts.
Darlene enjoys spending time with her family, cooking on the grill and being active in the church community.

Tamon joined our staff in January of 2013 after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from East Carolina University. Tamon is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Business Administration with plans of completion in December of 2013.
Tamon is primarily responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation process of the events that are presented by the Student Activities Board. Tamon’s motto for life is “Do the best. Be the best. Being second is not motivating,” and this motto is being articulated in every aspect of his service. | |
Haley Adams, B.S.

Haley joined our staff in January 2012 after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from East Carolina University. Haley is is actively pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration with an anticipated completion date of May 2013.
Haley is responsible for overseeing marketing requests, working directly with a staff of graphic designers and photographers. She frequently meets with student organizations to discuss marketing strategies and how to carry them out. She maintains the ECU website for Student Activities and Organizations and also assists in the promotion of the Department of Student Involvement and Leadership as well as other events across campus.
She enjoys hanging out with friends and family, going to the beach, and cooking up recipes. She is looking forward to finding a career and getting married in 2013.
