Since 1993, this event has served the campus community as an alternative Halloween celebration for those students and guests who prefer not to venture to other areas. It provides our students and their guests with a safe, alcohol/drug-free means of celebrating a traditionally popular holiday for our campus.
Halloween Havoc is a collaborative effort of numerous campus offices and the Student Activities Board.
This event is *FREE* to all students, faculty, and staff of East Carolina University and one (1) guest. Everyone must have a ticket to enter the event. Tickets can be picked up at the Central Ticket Office in Mendenhall Student Center until 9pm on October 31. Guest tickets WILL NOT be available on site at the event.
At the event each person should have a valid photo identification as well as your ECU 1 Card along with your respective ticket.
