Registration Form-Turn in the Annual Registration Form every spring to register your existing organization for the following year.
Fundraising Approval Form- The Fundraising Approval Form should be submitted at least 2 weeks before your organization has a fundraiser.
Officer Transition Form- The Officer Transition Form should be turned no more than 10 days after your organization has elections, unless you are electing officers in March and reporting your new officers on your Annual Registration Form.
Sample Constitution Form- This sample constitution provides required clauses for constitutions, as well as suggested content for your constitution. Updated constitutions should be submitted up to 10 days after they are voted on and ratified.
New Organization Application- Applications for new organizations are accepted in the first full week (Monday-Friday) of each semester.
Liability Form- Liability forms should be signed by each member before the group engages in a high-risk activity (i.e. trip, high ropes course, etc.)
Advisor Confirmation Form- The Advisor Confirmation Form should be submitted when you change your organization’s advisor.
