For submission please email Thematic Program Proposal and all supporting documentation to the Innovative Program Council at email@example.com. For the 2012-2013 Academic Year the IPC will be evaluating programs on a semester basis with deadlines as follows:
Your materials will be reviewed by the IPC Review Committee and you will be notified no later than two weeks after submission, with the details of the financial benefits awarded.
Three brainstorming sessions will be offered for programming offices and potential collaborators to come together to discuss unique and innovative connection points for richer programmatic offerings each year. For 2012-2013 we will be offering two sessions that will scheduled in October and March. Please contact the IPC if you would like to be included in the discussions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Finally, each academic year’s theme will be chosen in February of the previous year with approval and notification across campus expected in March/April. The theme for 2013-2014 and the updated deadlines for submission will be officially released in May.
